Bluebonnet Book Program

The library sponsors several reading programs. The Texas Bluebonnet Program for students in grades 3-5 consists of 20 books (selected by a panel of Texas elementary librarians) which include all types of children's books.  

 Click on the following link for the new nominees 2022-2023 Bluebonnet Award Nominees. After students read a book from the list, they will complete a short summary in order to receive credit for the book. Students may get a summary form from the library or complete it online using the following form: 2022-2023 Bluebonnet Summary Form.
